Histopathology Kits Consumables Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of histopathology kits consumables implants and related healthcare items on F.O.R basis under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders suppliers and manufacturers are invited to submit separate technical and financial proposals on prescribed formats. Tender fee of Rs. 2,000 per tender in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is required with the technical proposal. Bid security of Rs. 100,000 is required and bids shall remain valid for 365 days. Duly filled signed and stamped bids must be submitted in the prescribed format. Technical and financial bids will be opened as per the procurement procedure at the specified opening time.
