Description
Hiring of cellular communication services for operational requirements. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Interested service providers shall submit technical and financial proposals in accordance with the RFP requirements. Bid security of PKR 250,000 is required and proposals shall remain valid for 120 days. Bid opening will take place at 11:00 AM.
