Audio Conference System Installation Provision Tender Notice
Description
Provision and installation of an audio conference system. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List with full FBR compliance. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS and manual bids shall not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-24 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security of PKR 240,000 must be submitted before the submission deadline. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM and bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Pro Tip: Attend the pre-bid meeting and ensure original bid security reaches the procuring agency before the deadline.
