Vehicles Rental Basis Hiring Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of vehicles on monthly rental basis along with drivers for Project Planning and Development Unit from July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Electronic bids are invited from rent-a-car companies and dealers registered with EPADS, sales tax, income tax departments and AGPR as vendors. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using EPADS. Bid security of PKR 80,000 is required and bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Bid opening will take place at 12:30 PM. Pro Tip: Submit proof of vehicle availability, registrations and driver credentials with the bid.
