Police Facilitation Center Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a Police Sahulat Markaz under Development Initiatives Funded by Tobacco Cess in Tobacco Growing Regions. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure on E-PAD System. Eligible contractors having relevant PEC category, valid PEC registration, C&W Department registration, NTN and KPRA registration may participate. Electronic financial bids must be submitted through E-PADS. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-01 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Building Division Mansehra. Bid security of PKR 54,000 and tender fee of PKR 1,250 are required. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days and the completion period is 250 days. Financial bids will be opened at 12:30 PM. Performance security shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Additional security requirements shall apply for bids below the Engineer's Estimate in accordance with KPPRA rules. Pro Tip: Ensure KPRA registration, PEC credentials, bid security and all supporting documents are uploaded through E-PADS before the deadline.
