Annual Maintenance Of Electrical Mechanical Systems Khanpur Tender Notice
Description
Annual maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical works including repair of transformers, voltage regulators, pumping machinery, pumping stations, electrical control systems, electromechanical equipment, power supply systems, water pumping infrastructure, electrical maintenance services, mechanical maintenance works, testing, troubleshooting and associated public health engineering operations for Tehsil Khanpur during the year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS. Eligible contractors having valid electrical PEC codes, valid enlistment certificate, KPRA registration, FBR registration and required technical qualifications may participate. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately through EPADS. Original bid security of PKR 320,000 and required supporting documents must be submitted before bid closing time. Contractors must provide details of skilled labor, warehouse or workshop facilities in District Haripur and relevant performance certificates where applicable. Additional security requirements shall apply in accordance with KPPRA rules.
