Building And Pedestrian Bridge Maintenance Works Tender Notice
Description
Execute repair and maintenance works including pedestrian bridge near Airline Society Khayaban-e-Jinnah Road Lahore, Chief Engineer-I Cell corridor and washroom Block 5 LDA Office Building Johar Town Lahore, Day Care Centre LDA Office Building Johar Town Lahore and Committee Room Ground Floor Block 4 and 5 LDA Office Building Johar Town Lahore. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration in Category C-6 or above and be registered on EPADS. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS with bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft, Pay Order or CDR. Original bid security is mandatory. Online bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on the opening date.
