Repair Maintenance Printers Computers Ups Tender Notice
Description
Provide repair and maintenance services for printers, computers and UPS equipment for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and financial proposals are required separately and financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders shall be returned unopened. Bid security equal to 2% of the quoted estimated price is mandatory in the form of Call Deposit Receipt. Original bid security must accompany the financial offer while a copy shall accompany the technical proposal. A pre-bid meeting regarding specifications will be held at 10:30 AM and bidders may submit written reservations for discussion. Technical proposals will be opened by the purchase committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
