Operation Maintenance Services Passenger Lifts Tender Notice
Description
Provide operation and maintenance services for 02 passenger lifts installed in a commercial building under a three-year contract. Eligible contractors and service providers must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council License Category C6/06 or above with Specialization Code ME-03. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS electronic procurement system. Electronic bids must be submitted online and manual bids shall not be accepted. Original bid security instrument is required before the online submission deadline. Electronic bids will be opened in the presence of the procurement committee and participating bidders. Pro Tip: This procurement covers lift operation services, elevator maintenance, passenger lift servicing, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, vertical transportation systems, mechanical and electrical lift systems, elevator operations, inspection, repair and maintenance support for passenger lifts to ensure safe and reliable building operations over the contract period.
