Stationery Miscellaneous Items Toners Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of rates against estimated quantities for procurement of stationery, miscellaneous items, toners and inks during the financial year 2026-2027. E-bids are invited under Single Stage One Envelope procedure from firms and vendors fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Scanned copies of required documents must be uploaded through EPADS while hard copies of supporting documents excluding the financial bid must be submitted before bid closing time. Bid security of Rs.500,000 in the form of CDR, demand draft, pay order or banker's cheque and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted are mandatory. Bids will be opened on the same day. Pro Tip: The procurement includes office stationery, printing consumables, toner cartridges, printer inks, office supplies, administrative materials and related miscellaneous consumable products for institutional operations.
