Procurement Of Biomedical Equipment For Cardiac Hospital Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of biomedical equipment for establishment of a 50 bedded cardiac hospital including Intra Vascular Ultrasound System (IVUS), Heart Lung Machine, Rotational Atherectomy System (Rotablator), Pacemaker Programmer, OCT Machine, ABG Analyzer, CPR Machine, Heavy Duty Suction Machine and Oxygen Concentrator. Bidding shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested manufacturers, firms and authorized distributors may obtain bidding documents upon payment of prescribed fee. Bids must be submitted in a single sealed envelope containing separately sealed technical and financial bids. Bid security equivalent to 3 percent of the quoted bid price is mandatory and shall form part of the financial bid. Financial bids of only technically responsive and qualified bidders will be opened later. An affidavit confirming absence of litigation and blacklisting is required.
