Prequalification Event Management Services Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of service providers for mega and mini event management services for one year including national and international events, conferences, public gatherings, seminars, workshops, ceremonies, boarding and lodging, travel, transportation and related services. Interested firms must have operational offices in major cities, registration with FBR, AGPR and e-PADS. Proposals must be submitted through e-PADS along with a security deposit of Rs.1,000,000 in the form of pay order. Pro Tip: The assignment covers event management, conference management, logistics services, accommodation arrangements, transportation services, public events, media events and organizational support services.
