Vehicle Spare Parts Stationery Miscellaneous Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for repair and supply of spare parts of various vehicles, supply of stationery items and supply of miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. Sealed bids are invited from authorized distributors, suppliers and well reputed firms under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Mandatory documents include firm registration or Form-C, CDR from any scheduled bank and affidavit regarding non-litigation and non-blacklisting. Technical evaluation shall be conducted as per prescribed criteria and only firms obtaining at least 60% marks in technical evaluation will qualify for opening of financial proposals. Experience of at least one financial year is required and verifiable experience certificates must be provided. Tender rates must be computerized and complete. Tender document fee of Rs.10000 for vehicle repair category and Rs.5000 for stationery and miscellaneous categories shall be deposited through Treasury Challan. Call deposits include Rs.800000 for vehicle repair and spare parts and Rs.150000 each for stationery and miscellaneous items. A balance of ten million rupees in the firm account as of 30 June 2026 is mandatory for vehicle repair category.
