Passenger Buses Fleet Expansion Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of high quality passenger buses with advanced features meeting international standards for fleet expansion and modernization to provide safe, efficient and comfortable transportation services on routes across Pakistan and China. Sealed bids are invited from qualified and experienced manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with GB PPRA Rules 2022. Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents upon submission of a written request and non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of call deposit amounting to Rs.10 million. Complete bids must be submitted in accordance with prescribed tender requirements and will be opened in the presence of participating firms or their authorized representatives. Applicable taxes shall be borne by the supplier.
