Outsource services for safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC/Spun Pole 36', 45' and 31' LT PCC/Spun Pole from approved pole plants for new connections, deposit works, maintenance works and rehabilitation works. Procurement is being conducted through Single-Stage-Two-Envelopes e-bidding procedure under PPRA Rules through EPADS. Eligible bidders must be WAPDA/MEPCO approved Class A, B, C and D contractors holding renewal for financial year 2026-27 along with PEC registration having field specialization EE-04 and EE-05. Electronic bids only shall be submitted through EPADS and manual bids will not be accepted. Bid validity shall remain 120 days after opening. Bid security of PKR 0.06 Million is required for each lot in acceptable banking instruments and original bid security must be submitted before bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened publicly in presence of bidders or their representatives at the specified opening time.
