Security Guard Services Provision Tender Notice
Description
Provision of 16 security guards preferably ex-service armed guards for regional offices, rest house, complexes and laboratory locations for a period of two years extendable for one additional year subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure requiring separate Technical and Financial Bids. Eligible bidders must possess valid NTN, GST registration, relevant experience, Ministry of Interior NOC and approvals from provincial Home Departments. Bid security of Rs.75,000 is mandatory and bidding documents are available against payment of Rs.2,000. Technical bids will be opened on the submission date while financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Successful bidder shall ensure payment of government prescribed wages, insurance, EOBI, SESSI and reliever facilities.
