Sale Sulphur One Hundred Metric Tons Tender Notice
Description
Sealed bids are invited from reputable companies registered with Federal and Provincial Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the purchase of 100 metric tons of sulphur available on an AS IS WHERE IS basis at Meyal Plant, District Attock. Bids must be submitted for the entire quantity. A demand draft or pay order equal to 10% of the quoted price excluding taxes and duties is required with the bid. The successful bidder shall pay the remaining amount including all applicable taxes within seven days of acceptance and shall bear all transportation, loading, labour and incidental costs including sales tax, income tax and local taxes. The successful bidder must undertake that the sulphur will be transported and utilized in compliance with Government of Pakistan regulations and will not be resold to unauthorized parties lacking required permissions. Bids will not be publicly opened and award decisions will be communicated after evaluation.
