Prequalification of event management firms for organizing Pak China Conference and B2B Meetings scheduled from 16 July to 19 July 2026 in Karachi. Eligible firms must have a well-established office in Karachi and be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Sindh Revenue Board. Prequalification documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available through the E-PADS platform. Proposals prepared in accordance with the prequalification documents must be uploaded through E-PADS and supporting documents including pay orders must be submitted by the specified deadline. Proposals will be opened on the same day in the presence of interested participants.
