Roof Canopy Replacement Installation Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of replacement roof canopy using poly carbonate sheets for a regional headquarters complex. Procurement is being conducted through open competitive bidding using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through E-Procurement EPADS. Eligible construction companies, interior companies and general order suppliers may participate through EPADS. Bid security of 200,000.00 in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is required and physical bid security must be submitted before bid closing. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. NTN, PRA and Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, conditional, alternate or non-EPADS bids shall be rejected. Bid validity is 180 days.
