Water Bowser Fabrication Supply Tender Notice
Description
Fabrication and supply of 6000 liters capacity tractor towed water bowser for municipal service operations. Procurement is being conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on Punjab PPRA E-Procurement system. Bid security of Rs.112,100 in the form of CDR equal to 5 percent of estimated or bid cost is required and original CDR must be submitted before opening of bids. Technical proposals will be evaluated on pass or fail basis and bidders must secure at least 75 percent overall score. Financial proposals of only technically responsive bidders will be opened later. Bid validity is 180 days.
