Construction And Rehabilitation Of Enforcement Station Tender Notice
Description
Construction and rehabilitation of enforcement station facilities under Phase-II including new construction and rehabilitation of existing government buildings at Kahuta District Rawalpindi. Procurement is being conducted through PPRA E-Tendering system. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories are eligible. Estimated cost is Rs.98.680 million and bid security of Rs.4.934 million equal to 5 percent of estimated cost is required in the form of CDR. Original bid security must be submitted before opening of bids. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of contract amount. Completion period is up to 30-06-2027. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM.
