Solar Tubewell System Supply Installation Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of solar tube well at agriculture farm and Wadh Campus including complete solar tubewell infrastructure and associated works. Sealed bids are invited from government contractors registered with PEC C-6 or above in the relevant field having relevant experience and sound financial standing. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rule 36(a). Technical and financial proposals are required and financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be considered. Original bid security of 2% in the form of pay order, call deposit or bank draft must be submitted before bid closing and attached with the technical proposal. Estimated cost is PKR 9.841 million. Tender fee is PKR 2000 non-refundable. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of the procurement committee. Completion period is 3 months.
