Participating firms must provide company profile, proof of at least five years experience in providing similar services to public interest organizations, SECP registration, minimum rating of A from a reputable rating agency, client portfolio and details of outreach across Pakistan. Technical and financial proposals will be opened at 03:30 PM on the same day.
