Insulation Resistance Test Set Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 10kV insulation resistance test set for Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Station on DDP basis. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders through EPADS v2.0. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids must be accompanied by bid security or bid security declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bidding documents containing specifications, requirements and conditions are available through EPADS. Electronic bids shall be opened at 02:30 PM on the same day and manual bids will not be accepted.
