Video Wall Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of video wall system with controller and information technology equipment, gadgets and accessories for operationalizing management information system units and field offices. Electronic bids are invited from eligible firms and companies registered with relevant tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Lot 1 includes a 16x16 video wall with controller and Lot 2 includes IT equipment, gadgets and accessories. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required separately for each lot. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 29-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids shall be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day.
