Data Center Infrastructure Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Procure service level agreement based maintenance and support services for data center infrastructure at head office for a period of two years. The procurement includes preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, technical support, monitoring, troubleshooting, infrastructure upkeep and operational support of data center systems. Bids shall be submitted through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure comprising separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security of Rs. 300,000 is required and bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Tender fee is not required. Bid opening is scheduled at 03:00 PM.
