Laundry Plant Room Spare Parts Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procure local spare parts for laundry plant room machines at healthcare facilities. The procurement includes supply and delivery of local spare parts required for operation, repair and maintenance of laundry plant room machinery and associated equipment. Bids shall be submitted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS and hard copies of bids are not required. Bid security of Rs. 91,852 representing 2 percent of the estimated cost of Rs. 4,592,613 shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Original bid security must be submitted to the designated office before bid closing. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-22 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening is scheduled on 2026-07-07 at 11:30 AM and bids shall remain valid for 180 days.
