Vice Chairman Office Room Renovation Tender Notice
Description
Renovate and rehabilitate the Vice Chairman WASA room at the head office in Lahore. The procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure through e-PADS. Suppliers and contractors must possess valid PEC License Category C-6 or above and active NTN and PNTN registrations. Bid security amounting to Rs. 65,727 representing 3 percent of the estimated cost of Rs. 2,190,868.50 shall be submitted in the prescribed form. Electronic bids shall be submitted through e-PADS and manual bids shall not be accepted. Original bid security must be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Pro Tip: This procurement includes office renovation, rehabilitation works, interior refurbishment, civil finishing works, facility improvement, office upgrading, building maintenance and construction services.
