Conservancy Services Naval Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Provision of conservancy services in PNS SIDDIQ and its area of responsibility during FY 2026-27. Bids are invited from well reputed, Pakistan Navy registered, security-wise cleared, GST registered and financially sound firms, contractors and parties. Single stage two envelope procedure shall be adopted with separate technical and financial proposals. Technical bids will be evaluated first and only technically qualified firms will proceed to financial evaluation. Tender must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2 percent of total bid value through bank draft or pay order. Contract shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder in accordance with tender requirements.
