Security Services Licensed Armed Guards Tender Notice
Description
Provision of 27 security guards and security services with licensed arms for General Bus Stand Pirwadha and Allama Iqbal Municipal Library for one year 2026-2027. Eligible companies and firms must be registered with SECP, NTN, PRA, EOBI, PESSI, possess NOC from Ministry of Interior Pakistan and be registered on E-PADS. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened. Bid security equal to five percent of estimated cost is required through CDR. Electronic submission through E-PADS is mandatory. Pro Tip: This procurement includes armed security guards, security services, access control, facility protection, guard deployment, surveillance support and security management services.
