Consultancy Study For Solar Photovoltaic Integration Impact Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of consultancy services for study on the technical and financial impact of distributed solar photovoltaic integration on distribution utility operations and infrastructures. Requests for proposals are invited from eligible bidders registered on EPADS. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope open competitive bidding using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) methodology in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Proposals must be accompanied by bid security in the prescribed form including Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration. Electronic proposals are required through EPADS and manual submissions will not be entertained. Proposals will be opened on the same day after submission closing. Grievance Redressal Committee provisions apply.
