Construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes including Water Supply Scheme Muhallah Sayeen Abad - Water Supply Scheme Bhoot Katha Bela Mutranyan - Water Supply Scheme Thanda Rata Depu UC Perhinna in District Mansehra. Electronic bids are invited from eligible government registered contractors under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Technical and financial bids are required through EPADS and supporting hard copies must also be submitted. Bid security of 2% is mandatory and additional security requirements apply for bids quoted below engineer estimates. Tender fee at 0.03% of bid cost is required. Technical proposals shall be opened on the same day after bid submission closing. Contractors must possess valid enlistment certificates, PEC registration, KPRA registration and other mandatory documents specified in the bidding documents.
