Supply Of Hp Toners For Office Operations Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of HP Toners for head office operations through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Contract period is one year and may be extended for a further two years. Bid security of PKR 100000 is mandatory in the form of pay order, demand draft, call deposit or banker's cheque in favor of the procuring agency. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security must be submitted before bid closing time. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day after submission deadline. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject proposals in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
