Purchase Of Commercial Land For Nadra Offices Tender Notice
Description
Request for proposals for purchase of commercial land for establishment of NADRA offices in Abbottabad, Bannu, Pabbi, Gumbat, Razzar and Parova. Required land ranges from 10 to 50 marla depending on location and must be located in commercial areas with access to public transport and utilities including water, electricity, telephone, sewerage and PTCL fiber facility. Land must be free from mortgage, dues, encroachments and litigation. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope E-Procurement procedure through EPADS. Technical proposals must include ownership documents, CNIC, undertaking on stamp paper, land photographs and authority letter where applicable. Financial proposals must include owner's consent, land measurements and per marla rates inclusive of taxes. Manual bids shall not be accepted. E-bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
