Outsourcing of railway schools on public private partnership mode for rehabilitation, upgrade, operation and transfer of educational institutions. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure requiring technical and financial proposals. A corrigendum has been issued and the pre-bid conference originally scheduled on 25 June 2026 has been rescheduled to 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM due to Moharam ul Haram holidays. Bid security of 0.05 is required and bid validity is 90 days. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:30 AM.
