Custom Clearance Related Services Tender Notice
Description
Provide custom clearance and related services through a Single Stage-Two Envelope procurement procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and be included in the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and manual bids will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security of Rs. 200,000 must be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Electronic bids will be opened after closing. Bid validity is 120 days. Pro Tip: The services include customs clearance, import documentation, regulatory compliance, cargo processing, shipment handling, logistics coordination, freight support and related trade facilitation services.
