Hiring Human Resource Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of human resource services for Township Campus and Raiwind Campus under two separate lots. Eligible bidders including firms, companies, sole proprietors and contractors engaged in construction, trading and service provision and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and PRA may participate. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately through EPADS and a copy submitted to the procuring office. Bid security is required in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order amounting to PKR 400,000 for Lot-1 and PKR 225,000 for Lot-2. Bids must be signed, stamped and complete. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder representatives. Bid validity shall remain valid for 90 days. Separate bids are required for each lot. Performance guarantee and bid security shall be submitted in accordance with Government of Punjab notification requirements.
