Construction Intelligence Fusion Assessment Center Hub Tender Notice
Description
Construction of Al Hub at Provincial Intelligence Fusion and Threat Assessment Center Punjab Lahore. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under PPRA Rule 38 Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors and firms enlisted and renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-4 or above having specialization code CE10 may participate. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately through EPADS. Earnest money equal to 2 percent of estimated cost amounting to PKR 2,076,720 is required in the form of CDR, bank draft or cashiers cheque. Original earnest money instrument must be submitted before bid closing time. Estimated project cost is PKR 103,836,000 and completion period is 24 months. Technical bids shall be opened first and financial bids of qualified bidders shall be opened after technical evaluation. Pro Tip: This procurement includes institutional building construction, intelligence center development, civil engineering works, public infrastructure construction, structural works, government facility development and large scale construction project execution.
