Description
Procurement of information technology equipment under ADP Scheme Development of Management Information System for Social Welfare Department across Punjab. Lot 1 includes Video Wall 16x16 with controller for departmental use with estimated cost of PKR 49,858,600 and bid security of PKR 997,172. Lot 2 includes IT equipment, gadgets and accessories for operationalizing MIS unit at department headquarters and field offices with estimated cost of PKR 75,127,650 and bid security of PKR 1,502,553. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Electronic bids must be accompanied by scanned bid security in the form of CDR, bankers cheque or bank guarantee and original instrument must be submitted before bid closing time. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 29-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. Pro Tip: This procurement includes video wall systems, display controllers, information technology infrastructure, MIS equipment, computer hardware, digital devices, operational technology tools, office IT systems and accessories for management information system deployment.
