Paint Work Indoor Walls Ceilings Sports Complex Tender Notice
Description
Paint work for indoor walls and ceilings on both female and male sides at LDA Sports Complex Sabzazar Lahore. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible engineering firms and contractors having valid PEC licence in Category C-6 and above may participate. Estimated project cost is PKR 1,951,044 with completion period of 45 days. Bid security amounting to PKR 97,555 equivalent to 5 percent of estimated cost is required in the form of bank guarantee, bank draft, pay order or call deposit receipt in favour of Sabzazar Sports Complex LDA. Original bid security must be submitted before bid submission deadline. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidder representatives. Pro Tip: This procurement includes interior painting works, ceiling painting, wall finishing services, building maintenance, surface treatment, refurbishment works, facility improvement and sports complex renovation services.
