Operations Maintenance Services Lifts Tender Notice
Description
Provision of operations and maintenance services for lifts for financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from firms having established technical, financial and managerial credentials. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately and financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders shall remain unopened. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated price is required in the form of call deposit receipt in favour of Medical Superintendent Government Teaching Hospital Shahdara Lahore. Technical proposals shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Pro Tip: This procurement includes elevator maintenance services, lift operations management, preventive maintenance, elevator repair services, vertical transportation systems support, mechanical maintenance and facility management services for hospital infrastructure.
