Shifting Aviary Roof Waterproofing Works Tender Notice
Description
Civil works comprising two projects including shifting of main walk through aviary from front ground of main building to backside of pet center at City Campus Lahore and providing and fixing fiber glass rooftop waterproofing with PU coatings and fabric membrane at TCBP Building A Block Ravi Campus Pattoki. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under open e-tendering system. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above may participate. Estimated costs are PKR 1,292,500 for aviary shifting works and PKR 2,111,024 for rooftop waterproofing works. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost is required in the form of call deposit receipt in favour of Treasurer University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Single Envelope procedure and original bid security must be submitted before bid opening time. Pro Tip: This procurement includes civil construction works, structural modification, aviary relocation, roofing systems, waterproofing solutions, PU coating applications, fabric membrane installation and campus infrastructure improvement projects.
