Convocation Venue Catering Allied Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of venue arrangement, catering and allied services for convocation activities. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority may participate. Estimated procurement cost is PKR 4,990,900 and bid security amounting to PKR 249,545 equal to 5 percent of estimated price is required in the form of original CDR in favour of Treasurer University of Mianwali. Bids must be submitted through EPADS and original bid security must be submitted physically on the bid opening date. Technical and financial proposals shall be opened online in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Pro Tip: This procurement includes event management services, convocation venue setup, catering arrangements, hospitality services, ceremonial event support, banquet management, guest services and allied event operations for university convocation activities.
