Uncooked Food Material Boarding Students Muridke Tender Notice
Description
Provision of uncooked food materials including rice, meat, chicken, vegetables, grams and other meal ingredients for approximately 1130 boarding students of five taken over madaris and schools at Nangal Sahdan Muridke for financial year 2026-2027. Institutions include Government Jamia Dawa Islamia, Government Jamia Taleem-ul-Quran Girls, Government Jamia Muaz Bin Jabbal Girls, Government Suffa Education Centre Boys and Government Suffa Education Centre Girls. Total estimated procurement cost is PKR 112 million. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Rates shall be quoted per day per boarding student for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bid security equal to 3 percent of estimated amount is required in the form of CDR in favour of Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority Sheikhupura along with affidavit confirming the firm has not been blacklisted. Only technically qualified firms shall proceed to financial evaluation.
