Sumari Payan Dam Construction Project Tender Notice
Description
Construction of Sumari Payan Dam in District Kohat through electronic bidding under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic technical and financial bids are invited from eligible contractors and firms having enlistment category C-B and PK-CB. Bidding documents, instructions and evaluation criteria are available through EPADS and the Irrigation Department website. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 07-07-2026 at 1400 hours. Bid security and additional security, if applicable, must be submitted in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank and uploaded with the electronic bid. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and provide notarized affidavits confirming no litigation and no blacklisting status. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened after technical evaluation approval.
