Advertising Agencies Framework Agreement Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of advertising agencies through open framework agreements for a period of three years. Applications are invited from eligible firms under Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Interested firms must submit sealed hard copy applications containing required eligibility and evaluation documents. Applications will be opened in the presence of the bid opening committee and participating representatives. Bid validity is 90 days.
