Procurement of self-adhesive binding tapes through EPADS under Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders shall submit separate technical and financial proposals electronically. Bid security of Rs. 350,000 is required in approved form and original bid security must be received before bid submission deadline.
