Rental 1000 Kva Generator Tender Notice
Description
Provision of one rental generator of 1000 KVA to be installed at LMP Disposal Station. The procurement shall be conducted through e-PADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Only suppliers and contractors registered on e-PADS with valid PEC License in Category C-6 or above, active filer NTN and PNTN are eligible to participate. Electronic bids in PDF format must be submitted through e-PADS only, while the original bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker Cheque amounting to 3% of the estimated cost (Rs. 118,771/-) shall also be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. Manual, postal, telegraphic and conditional bids will not be accepted. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic bids shall be rejected. Tendered rates shall be quoted in figures and words. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Estimated procurement cost is Rs. 3,959,017.20.
