Hiring Of Student Transport Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of transport services for pick and drop facilities for students for academic sessions 2026-27 and 2027-28. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Financially sound, experienced and Income Tax registered firms and companies are eligible. Transport services include multiple school routes using 26-seater vehicles of model year 2015 or later. Separate technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM while financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened on 22-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated contract cost in the form of CDR shall be submitted before the closing time. Bidders must obtain at least 70% technical marks. Successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract amount. Manual, incomplete, unsigned, unstamped and late bids will not be accepted.
