External Works For Medical Rehabilitation Institute Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification proposals are invited for external works of the Institute of Surgical, Orthopedic and Medical Rehabilitation Lahore under the Establishment of Nawaz Sharif Medical District. The scope includes construction of surface parking facilities, emergency and public vehicular circulation roads, landscaped green areas, pedestrian pathways, seating areas, bicycle parking stands, utility infrastructure and supporting public amenities. Applicants having Pakistan Engineering Council Category C-1 or above shall submit proposals through EPADS under PPRA Rules 2014. The estimated project cost is approximately PKR 1,815 million. Prequalification proposals shall be submitted through EPADS by 17-07-2026 at 03:00 P.M. and opened on the same day at 03:30 P.M. Only EPADS submissions shall be accepted.
